- *What We’re Looking For
- Experience conducting phone screens or candidate interviews preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to lead professional, structured conversations
- Clear and concise written communication for interview notes and candidate updates
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable using ATS platforms, scheduling tools, and basic technology
