About the Role

Inficore Soft is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales, staffing, recruitment, or client acquisition to help expand our healthcare recruitment partnerships.

In this role, you will identify healthcare organizations, generate qualified leads, conduct outreach, and convert prospects into active recruitment clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

  • Identify and connect with potential healthcare clients including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, home healthcare agencies, and healthcare support companies
  • Conduct outreach via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and online research
  • Schedule discovery calls and virtual meetings with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships
Sales & Business Development:
  • Present healthcare recruitment and staffing solutions to prospective clients
  • Understand client hiring needs and workforce gaps
  • Support negotiation and onboarding of new healthcare clients
  • Consistently contribute to revenue growth through client conversions
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
  • Research healthcare companies and maintain lead databases
  • Track daily outreach, follow-ups, and lead conversion metrics
  • Maintain accurate sales records using spreadsheets or CRM tools

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to align client requirements with suitable candidate pipelines
  • Ensure smooth handover of active job requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, staffing, recruitment sales, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and digital outreach
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email communication, and online lead research
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic CRM or spreadsheet management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
  • Existing network within hospitals, clinics, or healthcare businesses
  • Knowledge of hiring cycles for nurses, lab technicians, medical coders, or healthcare support staff
