And we’ll do it with the utmost integrity, and in an environment where everyone is seen, heard and feels like they belong.<br><br>Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Working across 1 st line to support GMNS business to proactively identify and mitigate financial crime risk</li><li> Identifying and reacting to emerging financial crime issues and trends, providing both analytical and functional/operational support</li><li> Identifying new data sources and maximize use of existing data sources, to support reporting processes and provide meaningful Financial Crime risk insights</li><li> Assuring the development, evaluation and implementation of policies and procedures reflecting current regulations and providing recommendations on identified risks to current processes, platforms, and capabilities</li><li> Managing end-to-end communications with Partner Banks, when further information is required to support critical and time sensitive Financial Crime related reviews</li><li> Analyzing data, identifying trends, and evaluating risk effectively.</li><li> Partnering closely with key Partners to ensure integrated and robust execution of GMNS Financial Crime procedures<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Financial crime and/or regulatory management experience is preferred</li><li> Demonstrable knowledge of the Acquiring and Network is preferred</li><li> Strong analytical skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk effectively</li><li> Prior experience in developing and implementing reporting processes to provide actionable insights on risk levels and emerging trends</li><li> The applicant needs to be an analytical thinker and experienced decision maker, with strong attention to detail</li><li> Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li> Displays highest level of integrity when dealing with customers and processes.
