This role focuses on delivering high-quality, applied instruction in Microsoft endpoint administration within a cybersecurity academic environment.

You will guide adult learners through hands-on, lab-based coursework centered on modern endpoint deployment, configuration, security, and management using Microsoft technologies such as Intune, Entra ID, and Windows client systems. The position emphasizes practical, real-world application of cybersecurity and IT operations concepts, helping students build job-ready skills aligned with industry needs. You will engage with a diverse population of working professionals, including military-affiliated learners, in a fully online learning environment.

As an instructor, you will foster student success through mentorship, structured feedback, and active engagement in learning activities. This is a mission-driven academic role combining technical expertise with a passion for teaching and workforce development.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver online instruction for Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administration courses, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity curriculum standards and learning outcomes
  • Guide students through lab-based exercises focused on endpoint deployment, identity and access management, security policies, and troubleshooting using Microsoft tools
  • Facilitate active learning through discussions, projects, and problem-based activities that support real-world application of concepts
  • Provide timely, structured feedback on student performance using rubrics and assessment frameworks to support continuous improvement
  • Support curriculum enhancement by sharing insights and recommending improvements based on industry trends and student outcomes
  • Maintain subject-matter expertise in cybersecurity and Microsoft endpoint technologies to ensure instruction remains current and industry-relevant
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Cyber Operations, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution
  • Professional experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or related technical domains with hands-on exposure to endpoint administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Intune, Entra ID, Windows client management, and identity/security frameworks
  • Industry certification such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) strongly preferred
  • Prior experience teaching adult learners in higher education or online learning environments is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills with the ability to engage diverse, working adult student populations
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and applied learning experiences
