What You'll Do
  • Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, documentation, and health IT recommendations for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
  • Apply your knowledge of nursing workflows and EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) to identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs in AI responses
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models better understand clinical informatics concepts and healthcare documentation standards
  • Review and annotate clinical scenarios, data queries, and system design recommendations with domain-specific insight
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical professional with hands-on experience in clinical informatics or health IT
  • Proficient with EHR platforms and clinical documentation workflows
  • Strong analytical mindset - able to spot inaccuracies and translate clinical knowledge into clear, structured feedback
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • No prior AI experience required - your clinical expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
  • Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
  • Background in health informatics, clinical decision support, or quality improvement
  • Familiarity with clinical data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, SNOMED)
