Warehouse Driver

1. Responsible in the timely delivery and pick-up of stocks. Deliveries should be completed. Ensure that products are handled in accordance with QP 4.15.

2. Must ensure that all supplies/stocks delivered must be properly documented and accounted in accordance with documents, delivery receipt, sales invoice and Packing List/ST and ensure that recipient duly acknowledge the receipt of stocks/items by signing the Receiving portion. Ensure that printed name is indicated for proper identification.

3. Must ensure that all supplies/stocks received must be properly documented and accounted in accordance with the purchase orders, purchase requisition and invoices of the supplier.

4. Must properly maintain the company vehicle assigned to i.e.

a) Must ensure that the assigned vehicle is cleaned daily.

b) Must report immediately any defect/irregularities in the unit to the supervisor.

c) Must ensure routinely check-up like change oil and etc. are kept up to date.

d) There must be no vandalism in the company vehicle.

e) Must ensure the yearly registration of assigned vehicle.

5. Must ensure that the unit used solely for company business.

6. Must provide shuttle service to company employees when required.

7. Assist in all warehouse activities such as:

a. Packaging of goods for deliveries.

b. Crafting of export shipment.

c. Issue and accept incoming stocks as directed by the Supervisor.

8. Comply with company quality procedure rules and regulations and quality management system.

9. Report any discrepancies noted while performing job through non-compliance report.

10. Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor/ Plant Manager.

Note: Candidate will under Manpower Agency.
