About the Opportunity

We are seeking creative and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Itinerary Planners. In this role, you will assist clients in designing personalized travel plans by organizing trip details, researching destinations, and building thoughtfully structured itineraries.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel planning, research, and creating well-organized experiences for others. Travel Itinerary Designers use established booking platforms and travel resources to assist with reservations, itinerary development, and travel logistics.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and organize detailed travel itineraries including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, transportation, and tours

  • Research destinations and provide travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets

  • Coordinate reservations and confirm availability with travel suppliers and partners

  • Ensure travel plans are organized, accurate, and clearly communicated to clients

  • Maintain detailed records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications

  • Provide guidance regarding travel schedules, documentation requirements, and trip details

  • Assist travelers with questions or itinerary updates before and during their trips

  • Stay informed on destination information, travel promotions, and supplier updates
