Duties/Responsibilities:
- Source and manage 10 top-performing TikTok Shop affiliates per month per client
- Handle identification, outreach, and retention of approved affiliates
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and affiliates for all coordination needs
- Support contract coordination and rate negotiation, with all final approvals from the client
- Lead monthly strategy calls focused on performance, learnings, and next steps
- Develop creative briefs, content angles, and performance analyses
- Deliver monthly reporting with actionable optimization recommendations
- Utilize Cruva to streamline affiliate discovery, outreach, and performance tracking within the TikTok ecosystem
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or creator partnerships
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and the creator/affiliate landscape
