POSITION SUMMARY:

This role reports into the Sr. Manager, Social Content Studio and will interact closely with teams across the organization including Social Strategy, Project Management, Influencer Relations, Integrated Marketing, Creative, and E-Commerce. This role is responsible for overseeing creative outputs within the studio team as well as producing net-new creative assets. They will work closely with an internal team of creative SMEs and will direct end-to-end creative work. They will be a key member of a core team of creative strategists, responsible for bringing fresh ideas and ways-in to the studio team. They will produce and create net-new content that is best-in-class for our social media channels.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ideate and facilitate execution of social-first content – emphasis on short-form video– for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and Youtube
  • Oversee production development of multimedia content optimized for various platforms including organic and paid social.
  • Concept and execute social creative work across organic and paid social channels
  • Partner closely with Art Directors to ensure creative vision and production realities are consistently informing each other
  • Support Senior Manager with management and feedback of external agencies
  • Working closely with Project Management to understand timelines/milestones and adhere processes accordingly
  • Lead end-to-end content development and production capabilities
  • Partner with Studio Operations & Studio Creative teams to develop and execute strategic creative quickly and within budget
  • Ability to bring beauty content to life for UB audiences through behind-camera direction
  • Partner with Social Strategy to be a main point of contact for development and delivery of briefs to internal and external content partners



ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee video production work with internal and external partners, manage timelines and milestones effectively
  • Partner with Influencer Relations and agency partners to create synergistic opportunities within content creator work

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:

  • 5+ years experience in an in-house creative/advertising agency role
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field
  • A strong portfolio of creative work, ideally outlining success metrics and broad creative skillset
  • Deep knowledge in social platforms, specifically social video
  • Experience leading end-to-end creative development and execution for social marketing campaigns
  • Must have several years of creative and video production experience
  • A strong creative POV and high-level of craft for TikToks and Reels
  • Expertise in all things Adobe Creative Suite and creative building systems
  • Beauty or retail industry experience preferred, but must be passionate about industry
  • Adobe Creative Suite working knowledge, nice to have

The pay range for this position is $73,900.00 - $97,800.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
