About the role

We're hiring one part-time content coordinator to own our short-form video pipeline from raw clip to published post. This is a fully remote, flexible role with roughly 20-30 hours per month at $25/hour.


What you'll do:

— Edit 20-40 short-form video clips per month into polished reels (30-90 seconds) using CapCut or similar

— Write captions using AI tools we provide

— Schedule and publish content across 6 platforms using Buffer

— Send Instagram collab requests to podcast guests

— Link YouTube Shorts to long-form episodes

What we're looking for:

— Strong short-form video editing skills — this is the only hard requirement and the primary thing we will evaluate

— Bachelor's degree required

— Reliable and organized — able to hit a consistent weekly publishing schedule without being micromanaged

— Comfortable using AI tools like Chat GPT or Claude

— Willing to learn Buffer, Instagram, and YouTube workflows (we'll train you)

— Familiarity with real estate content is a plus but not required
