Sierra Pines is Hiring all positions for Summer work

<p>Sierra Pines Resort is a seasonal hotel, bar & restaurant in the beautiful Sierra Mountains on Hwy 49 and situated on the No. Fork of the Yuba River. We offer 27 hotel rooms and a Fine Dining restaurant/bar. We are hiring for our 2026 summer season to run May through October. Ideally, we’d love to find a long-term team. We do have several positions open (wait staff, front desk, kitchen, housekeepers, bar tenders, landscaping), but we are primarily looking for a person/couple with strong customer service and problem solving skills to help manage our very busy front office/hotel check-in/restaurant. The ideal candidate would be able to cover multiple areas and are flexible and easy-going. Housing is a possibility but we also have two RV spots!</p> <p>We are definitely located off the beaten path. Our clientele is primarily couples, families & outdoor enthusiasts. We do host several weddings and music events. Our complete team will be about 16-18 fun loving, team-oriented people. Some of our employees have stayed several years and we pride ourselves not only on our excellent customer service, but our family environment within our great team.</p> <p>Responsibilities include but not limited to:<br /> – Greet customers/answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service<br /> – Assist customers with locating rooms and answering inquiries on local area<br /> – Operate restaurant POS system and process customer transactions accurately<br /> – Maintain a clean and organized front end area<br /> – Restock merchandise as needed</p> <p>– Help update employee training manuals<br /> – Follow company policies and procedures</p> <p>Requirements:<br /> – High school diploma or equivalent<br /> – Previous customer service or restaurant or kitchen experience preferred<br /> – Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br /> – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/multitask<br /> – Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling<br /> – Basic math skills<br /> – Ability to stand for extended periods of time</p> <p>Hospitality work requires a lot of multi-tasking, pivoting and thinking on your feet.  No experience needed but preferred and a high school diploma is preferred.
