This role focuses heavily on advanced SEO best practices, crafting optimized product titles, metadata, and descriptions, while maintaining up-to-date and conversion-driven content across Shopify, Amazon, and other digital assets.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has strong technical SEO expertise, excellent English writing and proofreading skills, and an analytical mindset to support SEO initiatives, blog research, and ongoing content enhancements. This position works cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Design, and Content teams to support new product launches, platform accuracy, and long-term search performance.</p> <p>What You&#8217;ll Do</p> <p>SEO-Focused Product Copywriting:<br /> Write keyword-optimized product titles, brief descriptions, and metadata for Shopify, Amazon, and product packaging. Includes SEO research, formatting adherence, and multilingual caution text (provided templates).<br /> Content QA Across Platforms:<br /> Review content across Amazon, Shopify, Figma, and Sunco.com for consistency, brand tone, grammar, and product data accuracy.<br /> Shopify &amp; Google Metadata:<br /> Write, optimize and maintain metadata for Shopify listings, including SEO descriptions for Google search previews. Update comparison charts with new SKU data.<br /> Alt Text for Shopify Blocks:<br /> Create SEO-optimized, descriptive alt text for all images in Shopify Enhanced Brand Content (A+), improving accessibility and search performance.<br /> Amazon &amp; Shopify Listings Maintenance:<br /> Write product titles and bullet points using structured templates and keyword research. Ensure accuracy and keyword integrity across listings.<br /> Sunco.com Copy Updates:<br /> Revise and optimize Sunco.com category and landing page copy to improve clarity, performance, and alignment with SEO goals.<br /> Voiceover Copy for Product Videos:<br /> Draft engaging voiceover scripts for product videos using ElevenLabs, ensuring tone and clarity align with brand standards.<br /> SEO Research for Blog Content:<br /> Conduct keyword and topic research for blog articles, providing foundational SEO insights and content outlines for Sunco’s editorial strategy.<br /> Amazon Comparison Chart Accuracy:<br /> Audit and update Amazon comparison charts to ensure all SKUs are included, correctly formatted, and keyword-aligned.<br /> YouTube Content Maintenance:<br /> Ensure YouTube descriptions, product links, and video titles remain accurate and optimized for discoverability.<br /> New Product Naming:<br /> Generate on-brand, SEO-friendly product name suggestions for new product launches.<br /> Negative Customer Experience (NCX) Monitoring:<br /> Monitor Amazon listings for patterns of negative customer feedback (e.g., low ratings, recurring complaints), flag high-priority issues, and suggest copy or content updates to reduce friction and improve clarity.<br /> Product Manual, Listing Asset, and Spec Sheet Revisions:<br /> Review and revise product manuals, Spec Sheets, and LIsting Assets for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and alignment with updated product specs and branding guidelines.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>3–5 years of relevant experience in SEO content writing, technical content, or digital marketing.<br /> Strong Amazon content experience (titles, bullet points, A+ content, comparison charts).<br /> Advanced technical SEO knowledge with proven ability to adapt to emerging trends.<br /> Strong content writing and proofreading skills—clear, natural writing style with sharp attention to detail.<br /> Experience managing content for ecommerce businesses with multiple SKUs.<br /> Proven track record creating SEO-optimized content for Shopify, Amazon, or other ecommerce platforms.<br /> Native-level English fluency with exceptional grammar and clarity in written communication.<br /> Ability to explain and justify SEO decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.<br /> Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, or similar platforms.<br /> Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Figma, and ElevenLabs is a plus.<br /> Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.<br /> Self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills.</p> <p>Additional Requirements</p> <p>Availability to work 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time zone<br /> Reliable internet access and a private remote workstation.</p> <p>How To Apply</p> <p>Please send or attach your resume to the application<br /> Kindly ensure that your resume is submitted in English, as applications with resumes in other languages will not be considered.</p> <p>Job Type: Remote (International Contractor)</p> <p>Compensation: $5 to $15 per hour (Depends on Location and Experience)</p> <p>DISCLAIMER: This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
