Description </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Our client, a specialty chemical manufacturer serving commercial, military, and aerospace applications, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their team in the Greater Nashville area. In this role, you’ll lead 2–8 programs at a time, with contracts ranging from $5K to several million dollars. To be considered, you’ll need experience managing programs of varying sizes and complexity, along with supporting proposals and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You’ll be reporting to a highly collaborative and easy-to-work-with leader who gives his team the autonomy to make an impact while still providing the support they need to be successful.
