Sales Negotiator in Leeds City Centre

Salary from £26k OTE 50k uncapped earnings.

A huge opportunity has opened at Monroe Leeds City Centre. We’re looking for someone experienced that has the drive to take our sales arm of the business to the next level in a newly dedicated patch. Ideally, an all-rounder that is comfortable with creating business opportunities, conducting valuations and negotiating deals. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Sales Progression team to ensure we have a successful completion rate.

Must haves:

Competent in valuing and winning business

Business development skills

Bring marketing ideas to the table

A Sales person ability to close deals

Spot opportunities to cross sell with other branches, departments and services.

Working in a FAST-PACED, high-performance environment, you will use your negotiation skills OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON, market knowledge, and client-focused approach to maximise sales opportunities and deliver outstanding results. You will ensure that every client has an unrivalled experience with Monroe.
