Responsibilities

  • Drive AI strategy and innovation by defining product vision, building investment business cases, and creating roadmaps that maximize customer value and revenue opportunities
  • Lead market and user research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, ensuring platform capabilities are differentiated and impactful
  • Oversee AI technology partnerships by evaluating, selecting, and managing vendors to align with platform strategy, integration needs, cost optimization, and ethical AI principles
  • Guide technical implementation of AI features such as adaptive learning, personalization, and recommendations while collaborating with data science teams to refine models and enhance outcomes
  • Ensure ethical and measurable AI adoption by setting success metrics (e.g., model performance, ROI, user adoption), monitoring real-world performance, and safeguarding fairness, transparency, and privacy
  • Align and influence cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Data Science, Product, Design, GTM) to deliver AI-driven experiences and support comprehensive go-to-market execution

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years' experience in product management or related field with a focus on AI driven products and features
  • Working knowledge of LLM frameworks and tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex, and understanding of their application in educational contexts
  • Understanding of NLP, machine learning, and deep learning principles
  • Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development
  • Advanced degree preferred
