Remote Health Coach – Functional & Holistic Weight Loss

Join Dr. Jones DC, a nationally recognized leader in metabolic and obesity care.
We’re hiring a Lead Health & Wellness Coach to help patients achieve lasting weight loss and better health through personalized, root-cause coaching.

In this role, you’ll empower clients to reset their metabolism, build sustainable habits, and regain confidence, all while working alongside a small, high-performing remote team.

This is not a script-reading role. It’s leadership, accountability, and impact at the deepest level.

What You’ll Do

  • Coach patients 1-on-1 and in group sessions via Zoom and chat
  • Assess each client’s health goals and challenges
  • Develop customized action plans covering nutrition, fasting, mindset, and movement
  • Track progress using CRM tools (Go High Level, Zoho)
  • Host group coaching calls once trained and confident
  • Collaborate with Dr. Jones DC and our medical team on client outcomes
  • Educate patients on metabolic health, GLP-1 medications, and holistic weight loss
  • Lead with empathy, energy, and integrity, our core values

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in health, weight loss, or lifestyle coaching
  • Strong understanding of nutrition, fasting, and behavior change
  • Confident using Zoom, CRMs, spreadsheets, and mobile apps
  • Excellent written communication and fast typing (SMS-based coaching)
  • Comfortable leading group calls and holding clients accountable
  • Passion for metabolic health and holistic wellness
  • Coachable and eager to grow with a mission-driven team

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with GLP-1s, peptides, or insulin-resistance protocols
  • Background in functional medicine or holistic nutrition
  • Leadership or senior coaching experience

Compensation & Details

  • Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 + DOE (based on experience and impact)
  • Type: 1099, Full-Time, Remote (U.S. preferred time zones)
