[Remote] Global ADP Payroll Manager (ADP GlobalView & ADP Celergo)

US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm seeking a highly experienced Global ADP Payroll Manager with expertise in multi-national payroll operations. The role involves managing complex global payrolls using ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo while ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end processing of complex, multi-country payrolls using ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo • Oversee payroll calendars, funding, approvals, and disbursements across multiple regions • Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory requirements • Manage and maintain data flows between internal HRIS systems and ADP platforms • Troubleshoot and resolve integration/interface issues to ensure data integrity • Partner with HRIS and IT teams on system enhancements, testing, and upgrades • Ensure payroll operations comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, social security requirements, and internal controls • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries • Monitor legislative changes impacting payroll processes globally • Generate and analyze payroll reports for Finance, HR, leadership, and tax authorities • Provide insights into labor costs, headcount metrics, and payroll variances • Support budgeting, forecasting, and accrual processes • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll inquiries from employees, leadership, and vendors • Partner with global payroll vendors and regional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies • Maintain strong service-level performance and continuous process improvements • Manage year-end payroll processes, including tax filings, reconciliations, adjustments, and statutory reporting • Oversee preparation and validation of annual tax forms and country-specific filings • Ensure accurate year-end accruals and reporting Skills • 7–10+ years of progressive payroll experience in a global or multi-entity organization • Demonstrated experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries • Proven leadership experience overseeing global payroll processes and vendor relationships • Advanced, hands-on expertise with ADP GlobalView (required) • Advanced, hands-on expertise with ADP Celergo (required) • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required • Experience with HRIS integrations and payroll system implementations/enhancements preferred Company Overview • US Tech Solutions counted among the largest yet the fastest growing staffing firm; all achieved organically.
