Recruiter (Aerospace)

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple channels
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding
  • Collaborate with local teams and partners to understand hiring needs
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian labor laws and company policies

Requirements

  • Bilingual – Fluency in French and English (written & verbal)
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience in Canada (preferably in Aerospace/Engineering/Automotive/Healthcare/Digital/Rail)
  • Hands-on experience with vendors, partners, and competitive hiring models
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills (added advantage)
  • Knowledge of ATS systems, job boards, and sourcing tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
