We welcome applications from excellent practitioners who have:

  • A passion and commitment to working directly with children and their families to improve outcomes
  • Experience of working with vulnerable families, including those with SEND to engage them with school and promote high levels of attendance

  • Experience of developing resources and strategies that engage and support families to find effective and sustainable ways to support their children and have fulfilling, safe and positive family lives.
  • Awareness of child development and knowledge of how children develop, including how ACES, trauma and situations can affect and impact upon children.
  • Communication skills to liaise sensitively and effectively with parents and carers
  • Up to date experience as a Designated or Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead or relevant Social Care experience.

Join us in making a meaningful impact on children’s lives and shaping the future of Inclusive provision across The Harmony Trust and beyond.
