<div><h2>Production Safety Manager - Remote Southeast (Occupational Health Cal/OSHA)</h2><p>This role is considered remote, which means the employee will work remotely on an ongoing basis and will not have an assigned workspace at a Company designated location.</p><h2>Job Summary:</h2><p>Reporting to the Senior Manager of Production Safety, the Production Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe execution of film and television productions covered by Disney’s Occupational Health & Safety Program. Based in the United States, this position provides technical guidance, conducts risk assessments, and ensures compliance with applicable federal, state (including Cal/OSHA), and local health, safety, and environmental regulations. The Manager collaborates with production teams and third-party safety consultants to implement safety procedures and address risks related to high-hazard activities. Additionally, the Manager participates in sustainability initiatives, engages with industry specialists, joins task forces, and supports environmental responsibility efforts across productions.</p><p>This role is essential to Disney’s commitment to safety and risk management during physical production.
