Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.

Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organised filing system for important documents
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Utilise Google Suite for various office tasks
- Support financial tasks using QuickBooks software
- Computerise office processes to enhance efficiency

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in typing and data entry
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Competency in using Google Suite applications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous
