<br><p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Junior IT Help Desk Support<br><strong>Location:</strong> St. Louis  (Onsite)<br><strong>Experience Level:</strong> Entry Level - 1-3 Years<br><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time - Monday to Friday <br><strong>Contract: </strong> 5 Months</p><p>A large enterprise organization in the St. Louis market  is seeking a <strong>Junior IT Help Desk Support professional</strong> to join their onsite support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys problem solving, supporting end users, and working in a fast-paced technical environment.</p><p>This role focuses on providing <strong>Level 1 technical support</strong>, assisting employees with account access, connectivity issues, and common software troubleshooting while maintaining a high level of customer service.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide phone-based IT support to internal users</p></li><li><p>Perform identity verification for support requests</p></li><li><p>Assist with network account support including password resets and account unlocks</p></li><li><p>Support MFA credential registration and updates</p></li><li><p>Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for Outlook, browsers, remote connectivity, and other common applications</p></li><li><p>Document all support interactions in the ticketing system</p></li><li><p>Handle an average call volume of approximately <strong>35 calls per day</strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><p>1-3 years of Help Desk, Technical Support, or IT Support experience</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and customer service skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Experience navigating support documentation and troubleshooting guides</p></li><li><p>Strong written communication skills with proper grammar and punctuation</p></li><li><p>Reliable attendance and punctuality</p></li><li><p>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment</p></li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li><p>Onsite in West St. Louis, MO </p></li><li><p>Business casual environment</p></li><li><p>Team-oriented support center</p></li></ul><p>If you are looking to <strong>build your IT career and gain experience supporting enterprise systems</strong>, this could be a great opportunity to grow your technical support experience.<br><br>#INDWEST<br><br></p>
