<p><strong>Job Title: Journeyman Electrician</strong><p><strong>Job Description</strong><p>Provide advanced electrical installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning support for CNC machinery, automation systems, and facility power infrastructure in a high-precision manufacturing environment.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Install and maintain 3-phase systems up to 480V.</li><li>Terminate transformers, distribution panels, and motor control centers.</li><li>Perform feeder installations and large conductor terminations.</li><li>Commission new CNC machines and automation cells.</li><li>Troubleshoot servo drives, spindle drives, and variable frequency drive systems.</li><li>Support PLC I/O wiring and industrial communication systems.</li><li>Diagnose complex control system failures.</li><li>Interpret ladder logic and OEM schematics.</li><li>Lead electrical retrofits and system upgrades.</li><li>Ensure all work meets NEC and NFPA standards.</li><li>Mentor apprentices and junior electricians.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Valid Journeyman Electrician License.</li><li>Experience with industrial power systems, including 480V, 277V, and 208V.</li><li>Proficiency in troubleshooting VFDs, motor controls, and transformers.</li><li>Knowledge of NEC and arc flash safety practices.</li><li>Ability to interpret and work from schematics and OEM documents.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with CNC machinery and automation systems is strongly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with robotics and panel upgrades.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>Join a forward-thinking company that is at the forefront of scaling nuclear energy for heavy industrial power and clean hydrocarbon fuel production.
