Instagram & TikTok Growth Strategist / Social Media Manager for Nursing Education Brand

We are an exam prep brand helping nursing students prepare more effectively and confidently.

We’re hiring a creative and strategic social media specialist to help grow a nursing education brand through engaging, culturally relevant content across Instagram and TikTok.

We are not looking for a generic educational social media presence filled with dry lectures, long explanations, or overly formal study content.

We want to build Instagram and TikTok accounts that feel:

• funny

• sharp

• relatable

• highly relevant to nursing students

• native to short-form content culture

At the same time, the content should build trust in a product that is highly effective, established, and backed by years of experience.

We’re especially looking for someone who knows how to blend:

• nursing / medical humor

• student POV and relatable content

• meme-style and viral short-form ideas

• strong brand positioning

• soft, natural product integration

The goal is to create content that students genuinely enjoy watching and sharing, while also making it clear that our product is valuable, trusted, and truly helpful.

Scope of work may include:

• Instagram and TikTok growth strategy

• content direction and content pillars

• Reels / TikTok concepts and recurring formats

• brand voice development

• monthly and weekly content planning

• posting content consistently

• helping manage the day-to-day social media flow

• balancing reach, engagement, trust, and conversion

We are looking for someone who can help not only with strategy, but also with execution someone who can actively participate in content planning, posting, and ongoing social media management.

Ideal candidate:

• has proven experience with Instagram and TikTok growth

• understands short-form video and platform trends

• knows how to make educational content feel entertaining and culturally relevant

• ideally has experience in student, education, healthcare, exam prep, or humor-driven brands

• is comfortable both thinking strategically and handling day-to-day content execution
