Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding.
Monitor patients health conditions by recording vital signs and observing physical and mental well-being.
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals (if certified/licensed).
Support patients in mobility and physical exercises as prescribed.
Maintain accurate records of care provided, patient behavior, and any changes in condition.
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation and improve quality of life.
Liaise with nurses, physicians, and family members to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain a safe and clean living environment, including light housekeeping duties.
