Role Overview:

We’re hiring a reliable full-time call scheduler to help book qualified appointments for our team. All outbound calls are made through our in-house calling system, so you won’t need to use your personal phone or equipment. Calls are short, structured, and script-based, allowing you to focus on consistency and efficiency rather than improvising.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be responsible for making daily calls, following up with leads, and scheduling appointments accurately. Organization and follow-through are key, as you’ll also document call outcomes and manage follow-ups inside our system. This is a full-time role (approximately 40 hours per week) with a steady daily schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re comfortable speaking on the phone, able to follow scripts, and detail-oriented when tracking information. Strong written and spoken English skills are required, as you’ll be reading scripts and logging call notes. We’re looking for someone dependable who performs well in a routine-based environment.

Compensation & Incentives:

This position offers an hourly rate, along with monthly performance bonuses for meeting and exceeding appointment-setting targets—providing additional earning potential beyond base pay.
