Glitter Paper Designs is a full-service retail program development and manufacturing group specializing in gift packaging and celebration products for major retailers worldwide.

We partner with leading retailers to develop trend-driven product assortments and scalable programs designed specifically for high-volume retail environments.

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Walmart & Sam’s Club Support Specialist with hands-on experience working within Walmart and Sam’s Club supplier systems.

This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who has previously supported Walmart retail accounts and understands retailer reporting, item setup, catalog management, and online content optimization.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and navigate Walmart Retail Link
  • Work within Supplier One for item setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and catalog cleanup
  • Run and analyze reports using Scintilla
  • Support Sam’s Club item data management processes
  • Write and optimize online product content for Walmart listings
  • Maintain accurate product data, attributes, images, and backend catalog information
  • Support Walmart Canada systems and item management processes
  • Monitor product performance and help identify opportunities/issues
  • Assist with sales reporting, inventory insights, and retailer data tracking
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate product information across Walmart systems
Requirements
  • Previous experience working directly with Walmart systems is REQUIRED
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Walmart Retail Link
  • Supplier One
  • Scintilla reporting
  • Sam’s Club Item Data Management systems
  • Walmart Canada supplier systems
  • Experience cleaning up and managing Supplier One catalog
  • Experience writing online retail/eCommerce product content
  • Experience supporting Walmart and Sam’s Club supplier accounts
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision
  • Ability to identify issues and resolve them with minimal disruption to operations
  • Comfortable managing shifting priorities and jumping into projects as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
