Description

Report claim by asking all required questions. Obtains claim information from the adverse carrier and provides the claim information for the insured. Responsible for creating an invoice file to excel spreadsheet. Completes call template to reflect successful or unsuccessful reporting of the claim which is then submitted to the claim file. Provides thorough claim documentation for each claim. Meet team/personal qualitative and quantitative targets. Work is conducted in a secure room environment. Updates AC Phone Book, as needed.

Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer support role (Preferred)
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel
Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute
High School Diploma or equivalent
