As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's dedicated to excellence. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date information related to supporter informing drives, including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new information being gathered. * Collaborate with upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change informing, including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new information being gathered. * Identify and resolve issues related to episodes requiring important and lawful remediations, working closely with occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing teams. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of supporter adjusts and the technical framework that underlies supporter information. * Oversee project planning and timelines, ensuring cross-functional delivery to prepare for significant business events. * Drive alignment across Information, Business Tasks, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks. * Collaborate with Data Item and Data Quality Designing teams to design and implement robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience working with SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline. * 2+ years of logical experience, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation. * Proven ability to communicate technical or logical ideas to a wide range of audiences. * Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages. * Familiarity with data investigation and data perception tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, and others. * Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. **Good to Have Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis). * Postgraduate education. * Knowledge of Wind current. **Our Company Culture** At arenaflex, we value diversity and encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.
