You will serve as the strategic right hand to our sales leadership, ensuring our leaders are positioned to win. In our high-velocity sales organization, priorities shift in real-time; you won't just react to change—you’ll anticipate it. You are the \"force multiplier\" who manages the complex choreography of calendars, high-stakes presentations, and client engagements. Your role is essential to building an environment where our sales teams can focus on growth while you ensure the operational foundation is rock-solid. Strategic Calendar Management: Proactively managing complex schedules and prioritizing requests to ensure leadership time is spent on high-impact activities. Travel & Logistics: Orchestrating seamless domestic and international travel, often involving multi-city tours and client site visits. Culture & Connection: Planning high-energy sales kick-offs, off-sites, or team-building events that drive morale and alignment. Information Gatekeeping: Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with absolute discretion. Process Innovation: Identifying bottlenecks in current workflows and implementing new systems to increase the team’s overall \"speed to market.\" What we’re looking for... Responsibilities

  • Proactively managing complex schedules and prioritizing requests to ensure leadership time is spent on high-impact activities.
  • Orchestrating seamless domestic and international travel, often involving multi-city tours and client site visits.
  • Planning high-energy sales kick-offs, off-sites, or team-building events that drive morale and alignment.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with absolute discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant administrative experience supporting senior-level leadership.
  • Experience navigating a fast-paced, corporate environment (Sales or Operations experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interface with C-suite executives and key clients.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.

  • Agility: Proven ability to pivot quickly when priorities change without losing focus on the details.
  • Project Management: Experience managing large-scale projects, such as office moves or regional conferences.
