As an Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our elite customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey with us. This role requires someone who is personable, proactive, and has a strong attention to detail. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering top-notch service, we would love to have you on our team. Greet and welcome elite customers at LAX with a warm and friendly attitude. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling the needs of elite customers. Act as a point of contact for elite customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of elite customers throughout their journey with Delta Air Lines. Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise for elite customers, ensuring a smooth and seamless travel experience. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Delta Air Lines in a positive manner at all times. Assist with check-in, boarding, and other airport procedures for elite customers. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Keep track of elite customer preferences and provide personalized service accordingly. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the Elite Services lounge. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance services. Stay updated on Delta Air Lines’ products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with elite customers. Attend trainings and meetings as required to enhance job knowledge and skills.
