Job Summary

As part of our mission to deliver exceptional elder care in both residential and assisted-living settings, we are looking for individuals who are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. Whether you are an experienced caregiver or newly certified, we offer flexible placements and comprehensive training support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist elderly clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being.
Monitor and report changes in the clients physical or mental condition to healthcare professionals.
Support light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and general tidiness.
Administer medications or reminders as per the care plan and training.
Document care activities and maintain accurate records.
Assist with mobility devices, exercise routines, and transport to appointments as required.
Follow infection control, safety, and personal hygiene standards at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid HHA or CNA certification (state-specific).
Basic knowledge of elder care techniques and safety protocols.
Ability to lift, move, or support clients as needed.
