<p>Role Overview</p><p>We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented eCommerce Operations &amp;</p><p>Support Specialist to support day-to-day eCommerce execution across multiple</p><p>platforms. This role is focused on tactical work—keeping systems updated, data</p><p>accurate, and platforms running smoothly—so leadership can stay focused on strategy</p><p>and growth.</p><p>This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across</p><p>systems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. <strong>MUST BE IN EST timezone!!</strong></p><p>Please email rebehka@riithink.com with your <strong>QUALIFIED CV.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Platform &amp; Catalog Management</p><ul><li>Support product setup and maintenance within PIM systems, including Syndigo</li><li>Manage product data accuracy across channels (titles, descriptions, attributes,</li></ul><p>images, pricing)</p><ul><li>Assist with bulk uploads, updates, validations, and ongoing catalog clean-up</li><li>Ensure product content meets retailer and marketplace requirements</li></ul><p>Amazon Support (Seller/Vendor Central &amp; AMS)</p><ul><li>Support daily tasks within Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central</li><li>Assist with Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) execution and reporting</li><li>Monitor listings for issues (suppressed listings, errors, missing attributes)</li><li>Help resolve cases, tickets, and operational issues</li><li>Shopify Support</li><li>Assist with product uploads, updates, and site maintenance in Shopify</li><li>Support collection management, tagging, and basic merchandising tasks</li><li>QA product pages for accuracy, consistency, and completeness</li><li>Data Entry &amp; Reporting</li><li>Perform accurate data entry across platforms and spreadsheets</li><li>Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation</li><li>Assist with audits and reconciliations (product data, pricing, inventory)</li><li>Problem Solving &amp; Operational Support</li><li>Identify issues, inconsistencies, or errors across systems and flag them</li><li>proactively</li><li>Troubleshoot basic platform issues and coordinate resolution</li><li>Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Experience &amp; Skills</p><ul><li>Experience working with PIM systems, specifically Syndigo</li><li>Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central</li><li>Familiarity with Amazon Advertising / AMS</li><li>Experience working in Shopify</li><li>Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy</li><li>Highly detail-oriented and organized</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Comfortable working across multiple platforms and tools</li><li>Ability to follow established processes while adapting to new workflows</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Nice to Have</p><ul><li>Experience managing large or complex product catalogs</li><li>Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced eCommerce or agency environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What Success Looks Like</p><p>- Product content is accurate, complete, and compliant across all platforms</p><p>- Fewer listing errors and faster issue resolution</p><p>- Clean, well-maintained PIM and marketplace catalogs</p><p>- Leadership time is freed up from tactical execution</p>
