This role will focus on fresh, trend-forward ideation - bringing new energy to product lines through thoughtful, culturally aware design concepts.<br /><br />The role is fully remote and part time, 5-15 hours per week but could increase based on performance and business needs.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities:<br /><br />- Develop innovative packaging concepts for beauty products across a portfolio of in-house brands<br /><br />- Create seasonal, trend-driven design directions including patterns, prints, themes, and visual storytelling<br /><br />- Contribute to and evolve packaging design systems across product lines<br /><br />- Bring a strong point of view on current beauty and design trends (inspired by brands like Rhode, Dior, Rare Beauty)<br /><br />- Support larger product launches and initiatives by refreshing existing packaging and introducing new creative directions<br /><br />- Collaborate with internal teams to align concepts with brand positioning and go-to-market needs<br /><br />Qualifications:<br /><br />- Proven experience in beauty or consumer packaging design<br /><br />- Strong conceptual and ideation skills with a portfolio showcasing trend-forward work<br /><br />- Deep understanding of color, pattern, print, and visual storytelling in packaging<br /><br />- Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency across systems<br /><br />- Culturally aware and trend-savvy, with a strong eye for emerging aesthetics<br /><br />- Comfortable working in a flexible, ad hoc environment<br /><br />In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.<br /><br />Benefits<br /><br />Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
