  1. REQUIREMENTS:
  2. Candidate should preferably have 1-2 years of relevant experience. Entry Level is welcome. Training Provided. 
  3. Investment knowledge not required but preferred
  4. Synthesize complex data insights into compelling and easy-to-understand narratives that enhance decision-making at the executive level
  5. High proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)


Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Integrity

  • Collect and consolidate AUM and performance data from various platform providers.
  • Carry out maintenance of static data, such as AUM and Performance data, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems
  • Collaborate with the Technology Team, by providing requirements and performing UAT, to design and implement automated data pipelines and centralized data repositories

Data Analytics

  • Conduct detailed analysis of the company’s portfolio performance
  • Perform attribution analysis to identify drivers of portfolio returns
  • Carry out risk-related analytics to monitor exposures and portfolio resilience
  • Generate management reports on performance trends, AUM analysis, and other key metrics

Reporting and Communication

  • Compile monthly performance reports to track Company’s portfolios
  • Prepare and publish monthly factsheets for company portfolios
  • Deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights to Investment Committee
