Customer Success Engineer (100% Remote cyber security SaaS company)

<p><strong>Company:</strong></p><p>Well-funded start-up (backed by Microsoft VC) for cloud based SaaS company with Gen AI cybersecurity solution for large enterprise customers. The solution will improve cybersecurity posture as CISO's use different vendors for cybersecurity protection. This platform will help to generate risk and recommendations in a single pane of glass. The company has doubled ARR in 2025 and has accelerated plans for growth in 2026. You will work closely with the VP of CS to scale this practice after an record breaking FY 25. This position is 100% remote. The ideal candidate will have start-up experience. </p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will have technical and customer-facing experience and a strong passion for technology and cybersecurity. This position is 100% remote with 10-15% travel per year. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to document and present technical content to all levels</li><li>Extensive experience with cybersecurity SaaS products or Services in high-growth start-up companies.</li><li>Strong experience with Databases, Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Private Cloud Platforms), Storage (NAS and SAN)</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field OR relevant work experience</li><li>Hands-on experience with installation, deployment, troubleshooting, configuration, and tuning of enterprise applications and solutions</li><li>Demonstrated experience in delivering a high-touch and delightful experience for technical and non technical steak holders</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>The team is responsible for delivering post deployment technical support to customers and partners with a wide range of technologies and cloud deployments</li><li>Work closely with Sales, CS Lead & Analyst on account strategy and project completion through onboarding, maintenance and renewal phases</li><li>3+ years of CSM/SE/CSE Experience; in-depth technical knowledge of Cyber Security SaaS or Services experience OR extensive SE/CSE/Engineering experience </li><li>Ability to conduct customer QBR's and present to executive customers (CISO, C-Level)</li><li>Track record of complex technical problem solving</li><li>Experience with SaaS and cloud-based cybersecurity solutions for enterprise customers</li><li>Exceptional communication, project management, and presentation skills</li><li>Strong knowledge of both on-premise and Cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)</li><li>Customer-centric mindset with a customized approach</li><li>AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, CICD will give you bonus points</li><li>Experience working on a broad product based of cyber security vendors</li></ul><p></p>
