(Contract) Case Manager, Access Solutions & Patient Services

Act as a representative of Genentech and communicate with patients to provide support and guidance throughout the access solutions process. Manage a caseload of patients and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files. Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and appropriate access to medications for patients. Conduct thorough evaluations of patient cases, including reviewing medical records and insurance coverage, to determine eligibility for access solutions programs. Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding their medication, treatment, and financial assistance options. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve barriers to patient access and assist in finding alternative solutions. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy. Stay current on industry trends and changes in access solutions programs to provide the best possible support to patients. Contribute to team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Document and report patient outcomes and program metrics to support continuous improvement. Represent Genentech at conferences, events, and other external engagements to promote our commitment to patient access and support.
