Consumer Loyalty Program Manager

Job Summary:

Revance is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Consumer Loyalty Program Manager to lead the development, launch, and ongoing management of a new consumer loyalty program. This role will be instrumental in shaping the go-to-market strategy, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring long-term program performance and scalability.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and marketer with experience launching consumer-facing programs, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering measurable results. This individual will be accountable for end-to-end program management – from concept and launch through optimization and growth.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

Program Strategy & Go-to-Market Planning

  • Partner with the VP, Portfolio & Loyalty to develop the loyalty program strategy aligned with Revance brand and business objectives.
  • Build and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan, including positioning, consumer messaging, channel strategy, and launch timeline.
  • Collaborate with brand, digital, sales, and consumer success teams to ensure integrated execution.

Cross-Functional Project Management:

  • Serve as the central commercial program lead coordinating internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, Compliance, Agencies).
  • Manage program development timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time launch.
  • Lead working sessions, status updates, and decision-making forums to drive progress and resolve roadblocks.

Program Launch & Execution:

  • Oversee all launch readiness activities including internal and external communications.
  • Ensure seamless rollout across consumer touchpoints and partner channels.
  • Monitor early performance and troubleshoot launch issues in real time.

Ongoing Program Management & Optimization:

  • Own program operations once launched, ensuring consistent delivery, compliance, and customer and consumer satisfaction.
  • Track program KPIs, including enrollment, engagement, retention, repeat purchase behavior, and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance program value through new benefits, personalization, lifecycle campaigns, and partnerships.

Consumer Insights & Performance Analytics:

  • Leverage consumer data and insights to inform program enhancements and marketing strategies.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and performance summaries for leadership.
  • Conduct competitive research and remain current on loyalty trends and best practices.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree & 5+ years' directly related experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in consumer engagement, CRM, or brand marketing.
  • Proven experience developing and launching a consumer-facing program or go-to-market initiative.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional workstreams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring program performance and driving optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, wellness, or healthcare consumer marketing.
  • Familiarity with loyalty platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Experience working with external agencies, or channel partners.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Strategic thinking with strong executional rigor.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Consumer-first mindset with passion for brand experience.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Collaborative leader who can influence without direct authority.
