Construction Administrative Assistant (with Light Bookkeeping & Project Support)

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Handle construction administrative tasks, including:</p> <p>Collecting and tracking Certificates of Insurance<br /> Contacting utility companies for payments, account numbers, and service coordination<br /> Following up on vendor orders, delivery timelines, and confirmations</p> <p>Perform light bookkeeping support:</p> <p>Upload and organize receipts<br /> Match receipts to transactions in accounting system (training &amp; SOPs provided)<br /> Assist with generating simple reports</p> <p>Provide general administrative support:</p> <p>Document management using Google Suite<br /> Organize project files and ensure accurate record-keeping<br /> Assist with light project management tasks over time (tracking deadlines, updating logs, coordinating with contractors and vendors)</p> <p>Must-Have Skills &amp; Qualifications:<br /> Background in construction administration (residential preferred; commercial also acceptable)<br /> Strong organizational and multitasking skills<br /> Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)<br /> Excellent English communication skills (written &amp; verbal)<br /> Ability to learn and adapt to new construction apps/tools (e.g., Raken – training provided)<br /> Detail-oriented and proactive in follow-ups</p> <p>Nice-to-Haves:<br /> Experience working with Spanish-speaking contractors (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)<br /> Familiarity with construction project management processes</p> <p>✅ FT or PT: Starts Part-Time (20 hrs/week), may grow into Full-Time<br /> ✅ Industry: Residential Development &amp; Construction<br /> $500 &#8211; $1,100 a month</p> <p>100% REMOTE<br /> $50 birthday bonus<br /> $200 testimonial bonus<br /> $300 tenure bonus every 6 months<br /> $500 entry monthly raffle<br /> NO TRACKER.
