This role includes direct supervision of at least one staff member and functions as a cross-functional partner across Finance, Compliance, and program leadership.</p><p>A <strong>critical requirement</strong> is <strong>hands-on HUD federal housing grant experience</strong>, including CDBG and ESG programs. Candidates must have direct experience managing HUD grants such as renewals, modifications, compliance, deliverables, and reporting.</p><p><br></p><p>This role also requires strong technical proficiency, leadership ability, and exceptional relationship management skills.
