THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE

Under general supervision, provides tier-one human resources support to the retail stores, districts and Corporate. Handles all associate questions on PS policy, benefits, and procedures through the We Care Let’s Talk PS hotline, ACSC emails and direct communication. Provides first level coaching support to the Stores and Corporate Office to resolve associate concerns and issues by assisting with resolution, resources, and escalation to second level support partners. Acts as a Center of Excellence liaison for our PS and field partners.

The responsibilities of an Advisor also include coordination and gathering relevant data for internal and external partners relative to associate employment. Executes associate data changes and ensures accurate, compliant associate files while supporting HR systems, the onboarding of associates and providing organizational support during disasters

  • YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
  • Intake Specialist: Deliver "friendly" associate experiences while serving with integrity and accurate policy interpretation. Utilize expertise to respond and gather intake to calls and email request for timely resolution. Demonstrated prioritization of incoming work to meet expectations of the requestors and decision-making indicative of the service levels we need to deliver as a center.
  • Business Metric Tracking and Analytics: Compile and analyze data on calls/email/compliance reports for trends, areas of improvement and opportunities monthly. Proactively coach, train and develop associates based on findings to address future needs of business. Share best practices with the PS team to drive consistency and improve output of the team.
  • Agency Claims and Documentation: Proper and timely processing of legal document request, unemployment claims and utilization of work number. Ensure proper handling of verifications of employee data for mortgage, credit and employment.
  • Associate Records/File Maintenance: Accurate and timely management of incoming associate items to associate files. Handling daily responsibilities with the load, mail, EFM, agency claims and associate changes/SAP.

  • SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree (relevant field), two years relevant work experience or a combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Technically proficient - particularly in MS Outlook, SAP, Word and Excel - with ability to learn additional programs and systems as needed.

The pay range for this position is $57,300.00 - $68,500.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
