What we are looking for…

  • Good knowledge of plants, experience in horticulture.
  • A good knowledge of houseplants would also be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Friendly, approachable, and with a positive attitude at all times
  • Organised and proactive with a keen eye for detail

What you’ll do…

  • Assisting our gardener with planting, propagating
  • Dealing with pests and diseases, and general maintenance and care of gardens and horticulture across the building - internally and externally.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers.
  • Develop close working relationships to ensure open communication throughout the team.
  • Support any maintenance projects.
  • Follow department Procedures, Policies, Guidelines and Standards.
  • To work in accordance with all C.O.S.H.H regulations.
