Account Executive 1

Please Note: This is a remote position available in the states listed on this job. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check. 

Essential Job Duties

The objective of the Account Executive is simple - to bring new business to BambooHR. As an Account Executive, you'll be working closely with prospective clients to introduce them to the BambooHR platform. By cultivating nurturing relationships with HR professionals, department leaders, and executive leaders such as CEOs, you’ll have the opportunity to help others flourish and set people free to do great work. You’ll achieve this by showcasing the potential ROI BambooHR can provide for their businesses, converting prospective clients into new clients. You will:

  • Identify and qualify other SMB prospects by phone and email
  • Manage leads sent over from the SDR team
  • Large Pipeline Coverage and responsible for the entire pipeline
  • Contact white-paper leads (marketing qualified leads)
  • No travel necessary! Sales are conducted via web conference and phone

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • 1+ years of Sales or SDR experience (SaaS sales experience is a plus)
  • International Sales experience preferred
  • Track record of exceeding expectations
  • A desire to have a successful career in sales
  • Ability to articulate our value proposition to SMB via webinars, online demos, phone, and email
  • Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Great attitude, self-motivated, and a passion for growth
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work Monday-Friday from 5 AM - 2 PM MST
